AMINO's Larry Li Makes Forbes Midas List for the Second Consecutive Year
For the second year in a row, AMINO's Larry Li has been listed on Forbes' Midas List.
On June 5, 2024, local time, Forbes, in collaboration with TrueBridge Capital Partners, officially released The Midas Seed List 2024, highlighting the world's top seed-stage investors. Larry Li, Founding Managing Partner of AMINO Capital, made the list for the second consecutive year and received special mention.
The Midas List is regarded as “Oscars for venture capitalists in tech”. This year marks Forbes' third release of The Midas Seed List. Last year, Larry made his debut on the list due to his early investment in the North American fintech unicorn Chime. This year, several early bets on AI companies, including Oasis Labs, a privacy-first cloud computing platform on blockchain technology, Replit, an AI-powered software development and deployment platform, and Turing.com, a remote engineer recruitment and management platform, have propelled him onto the list again. This recognition affirms Larry's keen investment insight and capabilities, as well as the remarkable achievements of AMINO under his leadership.
As a founder and managing partner at AMINO Capital, Larry spearheads investments in seed-to-growth-stage firms across North America, Europe, and the Asia-Pacific region, covering artificial intelligence, fintech, healthcare, frontier tech and Web3. Notable investments include 17 unicorns such as Chime, Replit, Webflow, Rippling, Grail, Weee!, Turing.com, Oasis Labs, and Dfinity. Larry also initiated a fund that backed ZOOM's angel funding in 2011.
